Franklin Odoemenam is the founder and Executive Director of Micro Investment Consultancy Services Ltd (MICS), a social enterprise dedicated to investment consulting, technical assistance, and business advisory services for microfinance institutions, cooperatives, credit unions, NGOs, and SMEs.

  • Managing Partner at Fragg-Invest GmbH: Franklin has been leading impact and climate investment initiatives in Germany, Nigeria, and Ghana since 2015.
  • Program Director: Provided advisory services to MFIs, regulatory bodies, and NGOs, focusing on product development, regulatory frameworks, and expansion strategies.
  • Consultant for Financial Institutions: Worked with various organizations to improve operational efficiency, financial planning, and governance.
