Previous Work Experience

Dieudonné is a Partner at ENS in Rwanda, where he has built a strong reputation in corporate finance, banking, M&A transactions, secured transactions, and commercial dispute resolution. He has advised corporate borrowers and lenders—including development finance institutions (DFIs), multilateral lenders (MDBs), and commercial banks—on syndicated loans, multimillion-dollar project financing, and infrastructure investments.

His expertise extends to mergers and acquisitions, sovereign investment funds, and private equity investments across industries such as energy, hospitality, telecommunications, ICT, insurance, and banking. Dieudonné has also been instrumental in providing legal counsel on tax structuring, VAT implications, cross-border transactions, and employment regulations.
