Experience as a CFO at group level with top financial institutions in Southern and Eastern Africa. Strong skills in banking, accounting, operations, financial and internal controls, and financial reporting.

Role at CFG-Holdings

1. Investor Communication
The GCIRO ensures clear, consistent, and timely communication with investors, providing updates on financial performance, strategic initiatives, and market developments to foster transparency and trust.

2. Financial Reporting and Disclosure
The GCIRO oversees the preparation and dissemination of accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with international reporting standards and local regulations.

3. Stakeholder Engagement
Acting as the primary point of contact for investors, the GCIRO manages relationships with shareholders, analysts, and financial institutions, ensuring their needs and concerns are addressed effectively.

4. Market Perception Management
The GCIRO monitors market sentiment and investor feedback to gauge perceptions of CFG-Holdings’ performance and strategy. This insight helps shape corporate messaging and decision-making.

5. Supporting Capital Raising Efforts
The GCIRO works closely with the executive team to support capital raising initiatives by presenting CFG-Holdings’ growth potential and strategic plans to current and prospective investors.
