Our Recruitment Process Steps

1. Application Submission
Explore our current job openings on the Careers page and submit your application through our online portal. Ensure your resume and any required documents are uploaded. If there are no current vacancies, you can submit your resume to our talent pool for future opportunities.

2. Application Review
Our recruitment team carefully reviews all applications to identify candidates whose skills, experiences, and values align with the role requirements and our organizational mission.

3. Initial Screening
Shortlisted candidates are invited for an initial screening, which may include a phone or virtual interview. This step allows us to learn more about your background, goals, and fit with our team.

4. Assessment or Case Study (If Applicable)
For certain roles, candidates may be asked to complete a skills assessment, case study, or technical test to evaluate specific competencies relevant to the position.

5. Panel Interview
Selected candidates will attend a panel interview, either virtually or in person, with key team members and leadership. This is an opportunity for you to showcase your expertise, ask questions, and understand the role and culture at CFG-Holdings.

6. Offer and Onboarding
